Will you help us support our Creighton Community? During COVID-19, many people have lost jobs, lost businesses, and are left trying to support families and get back on their feet while juggling childcare. On top of that, many food distribution points are closed, and the pressure upon traditional food banks is enormous. In collaboration with partners, we're distributing 250 food boxes every two weeks into our communities - more than 40lbs of shelf stable food supplemented by additional fresh produce and nutrition, as well as baby goods. On average we multiply the impact of every donated dollar by 7 times. But we expect the need to continue through the fall, and our work here is unbudgeted. Will you help get a food box into a family's hands?
Creighton Community Foundation is a Qualified Charitable Organization in the State of Arizona, serving working poor families and children in some of the lowest income neighborhoods of Central Phoenix. By supporting Creighton Community Foundation, you are allowed to redirect your State tax dollars through a tax credit donation at no cost (all dollars are returned in your refund), and also deduct that donation from your Federal taxes. You receive every dollar back up to $400 for single filers and $800 for married filing jointly. Your contribution today can count as your tax credit when you file taxes in 2021.
Creighton Community Foundation was incorporated in March of 2013, and received Federal 501(c)3 status in April of 2015. We are a group of community leaders focused on equipping Creighton School District #14 in Phoenix, Arizona with the resources to deliver excellent educational services, in the most sustainable way possible, amidst our diverse urban Phoenix neighborhoods.
